Proposed Budget Approved

The Board of Supervisors on December 12 approved a 2025 budget focused on improving public spaces and assets.

The 2025 budget continues a longstanding commitment to wise investments and careful planning, ensuring no tax increase is needed in 2025. This has also earned the Township a consistent Aaa Bond rating from Moody's, one of the only municipalities in Pennsylvania, to boast such an accomplishment.

The budget includes funding the completion of the Armstrong Great Lawn and the Municipal Center Renovation Project, as well as improvements at Community Park, Cranberry Highlands Golf Course, and the Waterpark.

Elsewhere, the solids handling upgrades at the Brush Creek Treatment Plant will accelerate, bringing more efficiency to the top-tier facility. In addition, implementing stormwater management and maintenance projects remains a priority to meet existing Department of Environmental Protection permit requirements. Public safety continues to be a focus, with the Township supporting Police, Fire, and EMS.
