Accompanied by Samvel Movsisyan, Director of the "Leadership School" Foundation, Arsen Mangasaryan, Head of the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Academy, and lecturer Arkadik Tovmasyan, a group of cadets from the Military Academy visited the Presidential Residence and met with President Vahagn Khachaturyan.

During the meeting, the President delivered a lecture for the cadets as part of a joint program implemented by the Foundation and the Academy.

In his lecture, the President touched on the special role of the armed forces and higher military education in the state structure and discussed the importance of army reform principles. He emphasized the establishment of the Military Academy as a significant step in strengthening the Armenian armed forces by contributing to the training and staffing of officers.

At the end of the lecture, in an informal setting, the President answered various questions from the cadets and expressed his willingness to support the educational programs of the Military Academy to the fullest.
