State Police in Troop D will Participate in National Child Passen...

The New York State Police in Troop D will be participating in National Child Passenger Safety week, from September 15 through September 21, 2024.

This week was designated by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to focus attention on the preventable injuries and fatalities resulting from unrestrained and improperly restrained child passengers of motor vehicle traffic collisions every year.

Troopers who are trained child passenger safety technicians will be available to assist with car seat installation or any questions you may have.

Troop D will be hosting child car seat checks at:

SP Sylvan Beach located 601 Main Street, Sylvan Beach, NY, on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

NAVAC Ambulance Station located 603 N. Main Street, North Syracuse, NY, on September 21, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Target located 21800 Town Center Drive, Watertown, NY, on September 15, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
