SNAP changes help recipients transition off food assistance

Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) Director Matt Damschroder announced a change to Ohio's Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) that creates a sliding scale to ease the transition off benefits.
