MRH&C Gives Flu Shots to area Schools

MRH&C will be giving out flu shots at area schools October 15-16 as part of their annual Point of Dispensing (POD) exercise. If you're a student or a parent of a student who would like to get their flu shot at school, please make sure to fill out this form and return it to the school by 8am, October 16th.
