Parks & Recreation Weather Updates
August 26 Heat Related Closures and Notices
Due to today's heat index of 105° F, Saint Paul Parks and Recreation has made the following adjustments to building hours and programming:
- Duluth & Case, Hayden Heights, Highwood Hills, Merriam Park, and Wilder recreation centers are closed for the remainder of the day.
- All youth sports activities are cancelled.
- See the Fitness in the Parks webpage class cancellation updates.
- Any additional heat related changes to programming will be communicated directly to participants.
Our splash pads, Phalen Beach, and Highland Park Aquatic Center are open. Please remember to drink plenty of fluids, stay out of the sun, take breaks, and check in on neighbors.
