Construction Notice at First St.

T&T Improvements, Inc. will be conducting pressure washing and exterior sealing work from Monday, September 30, 2024, through Friday, October 18, 2024. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., around the block from N. Bonnywood Pl. at E. Orange Grove Ave. and N. First St.

Traffic and Pedestrian Impacts:

• One lane of traffic will be closed on N. First St. between E. Orange Grove Ave. and N. Bonnywood Pl./E. Olive Ave.
• N. Bonnywood Pl. at N. First St. will be closed to through traffic during one phase of the work. Detours will be provided.
• N. Bonnywood Pl. at E. Orange Grove Ave., near the I-5 Freeway, will be reduced to one lane of traffic.
• Portions of the sidewalk along N. First St. and N. Bonnywood Pl. will be closed for safety. Pedestrian detours will be in place.
