City of Marietta's CDBG Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report

MARIETTA - The City of Marietta, in compliance with applicable U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, has prepared a draft version of the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Program Year 2023. The CAPER is the annual review of the City's performance in meeting the goals and objectives identified in the PY2023-2027 Consolidated Plan and PY2023 Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.
The City of Marietta encourages citizens, public agencies and other interested parties to review the contents of its draft CAPER and to submit their written comments. The draft report will be available for review on August 15, 2024 at 268 Lawrence St. Suite 200, Marietta, GA 30060. The report may also be obtained upon request by calling (770) 794-5437 or by e-mail to [email protected]. The report can be found online at https://www.mariettaga.gov/1171/Plans-Reports. The plan will be open for public comment from August 15, 2024- August 30, 2024. All written comments should be submitted by email or postal mail no later than Friday, August 30, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. A public review meeting will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Community Development Division Office.
