The Board will convene as the County Board of Equalization to consider the findings and recommendations of the independent hearing referees to determine property valuations and classifications of property appeals for tax year 2024. - Approval of an Award Recommendation of $2.945 million for mill & overlay of 4.4 miles of County Road 240 with Oldcastle SW Group, In, dba Four Corners Materials
- Approval of an Award Recommendation for $2.008 million for Mill & Overlay on 3.2 miles of County Road 501 with Oldcastle SW Group, In, dba Four Corners Materials
- Approval of the allocation of secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act (SRS) Title I funds for local school districts
- Approval of a letter of support for Housing Solutions for the Southwest's Housing Rehabilitation Program
- Approval of a letter of support to the Colorado Division of Housing for grant funding for the HomesFund mortgage/downpayment assistance program
- Approval of Resolution No. 2024-29, A Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of La Plata County, Colorado rescinding fire impact fees adopted by the County to benefit the Durango Fire Protection District for its use in defraying the projected impacts on capital facilities caused by new development in La Plata County

Commissioner Matt Salka will hold in-person office hours at the County Administration Building, located at 1101 E. 2nd Avenue in Durango. 2:30 p.m. - Counties and Commissioners Acting Together (CCAT) County Revenue Authority Group Meeting
Members of the Board will attend the County Revenue Authority Group virtual meeting hosted by CCAT.
Friday, August 9
3:00 p.m. - Lodging Tax Reallocation Work Session
