/KASE, July 26, 2024/ - Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty), whose securities are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the sole shareholder dated July 23, 2024. The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions: - to approve the company's audited (separate and consolidated) financial statements for 2023; - not to distribute the company's net income for 2023; - not to accrue or pay dividends on the company's common shares and leave the net income at the company's disposal for further development.
