Duluth Clerk’s Office Staffing

Starting this week and through May 31, 2024, the Clerk's Office in Duluth will be staffed from 8:00-4:30 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Effective June 4, 2024, the Clerk's Office in Duluth will no longer be staffed, except when a Bankruptcy Judge is holding court in Duluth. The Clerk's Offices in Minneapolis and St. Paul will continue to remain open from 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday. To receive service, please contact the Clerk's Office at 612-664-5200.
