New Model Terms for Enterprise Agreements – Submission in support of Ai Group Proposals

The Fair Work Commission is developing new model consultation, flexibility and dispute resolution terms for enterprise agreements. The terms will replace those that are currently contained in the Fair Work Regulations 2009. On 4 November 2024, Ai Group filed a submission about the development of those terms, arguing that the Commission should adopt a cautious approach, ensuring that the terms are not overly prescriptive or complex.
