Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 12:45 AM, Troopers arrested Jared Flugence, age 29, of 589 Public Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) License or Permit Required for Carrying Pistol and 2.) Weapons Other Than Firearms Prohibited. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. Flugence was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.

At 2:00 AM, Troopers arrested Jaime Vasquez, age 60, of 4 Harvey Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Assault and Domestic Disorderly originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of Vasquez turning himself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Vasquez was processed and turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.

At 2:00 AM, Troopers arrested Jacqueline Grullon, age 59, of 36 William Ellery Place, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - B.A.C Uknown. 2.) Refusal to Submit a Chemical Test. 3.) (3) Three counts of Driving so as to endanger, resulting in physical injury. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a multiple vehicle accident involving a wrong way driver on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Grullon was transported to Rhode Island Hospital where she was treated for injuries, specially arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and provided a future Sixth Division District Court date.
