United Arab Emirates National Day

On behalf of the United States, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the United Arab Emirates, our partners and friends in the UAE, and the Emirati people as they celebrate Eid al Etihad.

U.S.-UAE ties span more than five decades of collaboration and shared proud moments. Our strategic partnership continues to grow in strength and dynamism, as we work to ensure the security and prosperity of our countries.

Our relationship's depth is demonstrated every day through the partnerships between the Emirati and American people across many fields, including emerging technologies, AI, space, health, education, and commerce. In the decades ahead, we will propel our cooperation toward new successes and new frontiers.
