MASSACHUSETTS AVEPolice responded to a business on the 600 block of Massachusetts for a report of an individual making suspicious transactions. Aneudy Cuello, 31, of Norwalk, CT, was arrested for Identity Fraud as well as Fugitive from Justice on Government Warrant.
