Flags at North Gower Client Service Centre lowered to half-mast in memory of William (Bill) Cook

The flags at the North Gower Client Service Centre (2155 Roger Stevens Drive) will be lowered to half-mast from sunrise to sunset on Saturday, July 13 in honour of the late William (Bill) Cook, who passed away on Thursday, June 27.

Bill Cook was a councillor for the Village of Richmond from 1969 to 1971. As a councillor, he was a member of the Management and Finance Committee and the Lands, Parks and Recreation Committee. He was also a well-known volunteer and community leader, lover of sports and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Bill Cook's memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, July 13.
