Houston, TX (May 4, 2023) - Innovex Downhole Solutions, Inc. ("Innovex") - a leading provider of downhole solutions for the oil and gas industry - announced today that it has made a minority investment in Downhole Well Solutions ("DWS").

Founded in 2019, DWS is a leading provider of proprietary drilling optimization and friction reduction tools that are rented to operators in multiple US Land markets. DWS' commitment to customer satisfaction and the superior performance of their unique tools have allowed them to quickly capture market share and become one of the premier providers of downhole drilling optimization tools in the US Land market, with an established position in the Permian Basin and an expanding presence in several other markets including the Haynesville, Rockies, and Bakken.

This investment will establish a partnership that will be beneficial to both Innovex and DWS, as each company will now be able to offer customers a more complete portfolio of differentiated drilling tools. This partnership is expected to foster collaboration between both companies, and we are confident that DWS' suite of products will strengthen our Drilling Solutions product suite and market position.

DWS will continue to operate as a standalone business and will continue to be led by the current management team, but we look forward to partnering with DWS to capitalize on mutually beneficial growth opportunities going forward.
