Rocket Lane Update

Good Morning,

Last Thursday, we (Mayor & City Manager) requested a meeting with the Engineer Poznecki-Camarillo, Project manager and Austin Bridge Construction Project manager & foreman. We met yesterday afternoon for a full update of the Rocket Lane Project. Here's the latest update:

The Rocket Lane final paving is scheduled to commence the week of December 2^nd, and the following week, we expect to open the new Rocket Lane. While we understand this road project has been a challenge for our community within the past 2 years, we can now see the final stages taking place. A construction manager representative will be attending the December 3rd City Council meeting for another real-time update. Again, we understand this has been a huge challenge for our community, especially for residents of Boysville, Miramar, Copperfield, and the students, teachers and staff of Judson Middle & High schools.

The City Manager has been tasked to post an update message on ALL our city social medias this morning.
