Westbound SR 78/Northbound I 15 Connectors Closed This Week, 9/11 12

SAN DIEGO - Construction crews working on the Interstate (I-15) Pavement Replacement Project in Escondido will close the westbound State Route 78 connector ramp to northbound I-15 Wednesday and Thursday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. for road work.

Motorist may continue westbound on SR-78 and exit at Nordahl Road, turn left to the eastbound SR-78 onramp, continue eastbound SR-78 to the northbound I-15 connector.

Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.

The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other work-related reasons.
