On September 3, 2024, Cavco Industries, Inc. (the "Company") and Mr. Steve Like agreed to transition his duties as President (interim) of Standard Casualty Company, the Company's insurance subsidiary, to Mr. Regan Fackrell, President, Standard Casualty Company, effective as of September 4, 2024. Following the transition, Mr. Like will continue serving as the Company's Senior Vice President, Corporate Development.
