Soil Remediation Project This Week on Interstate 180 EB in Delaware Township, Northumberland County

​Montoursville, PA - Motorists are advised of a soil remediation project this week on Interstate 180 eastbound in Delaware Township, Northumberland County, due to a previous crash.

On Thursday, September 26, 2024, a contractor will be working on Interstate 180 eastbound near mile marker one, just north of the Susquehanna Trail (Route 1007) intersection. Motorists can expect the right (driving) lane and the Exit 1 ramp to be restricted. Work will be performed between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, weather permitting.

Motorists should expect moderate delays in travel and should drive with caution, watch for slow-moving traffic and construction vehicles entering and exiting the roadway.
