Norton Rose Fulbright advises consortium of banks on PLN 98.6 million financing and rebalancing of existing financing for Farm Frites Poland S.A.

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised a consortium of Polish banks comprising Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A., BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. and Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. on a debt financing made available to Farm Frites Poland S.A. The total value of the financing was equal to PLN 98.6 million (EUR 18 million). The funds will be used for financing of Farm Frites Poland S.A.'s business activity and capital expenditure.

The finance documentation included the rebalancing of existing facilities and a new lender's accession to a banking consortium. The funds are earmarked towards new investments in the development of production lines and covering the financing of the company's business activity.

The Warsaw team was led by counsels Jacek Smardzewski and Krzysztof Gorzelak and included associate Patryk Gelar. The team worked under the supervision of partner Grzegorz Dyczkowski who heads the Warsaw office and the firm's Warsaw banking and finance practice.

Farm Frites Poland S.A is a part of Farm Frites Group and Aviko Group and the leading producer of frozen French fries in Central and Eastern Europe. The company has operated in the food production industry since 1994. Its French fries, pancakes and potato flakes for such brands as McDonald's, Farm Frites and Aviko are sold to food service and retail customers all over the world.

The firm advised the consortium of banks on a previous financing for Farm Fries S.A. in October 2021.
