International Experts to Provide Economic Outlook, Examine Latin American Commercial Real Estate, Compare Insolvency Regimes and Fiduciary Duties and More at ABI's Latin[...]

Alexandria, Va. - The ABI International: Latin America Insolvency Symposium is a new program, featuring experts who will provide their insights on key insolvency and restructuring topics at the Four Seasons Mexico City in Mexico City Sept. 8-10. Sessions include an examination of U.S., Mexican and worldwide insolvency regimes and fiduciary duties, economic outlook and predictions, multi-jurisdictional judgement enforcement and asset recovery, and much more. Key speakers include Mauricio González of GEA Grupo de Economistas y Asociados, who will provide a special analysis of Mexico's economic outlook under the administration of President-Elect Sheinbaum, and former Mexican Government Advisor Leo Zuckermann, who will deliver a keynote sponsored by Hilco Global Mexico and TMA Mexico. Conference chairs for the Latin America Symposium are ABI Vice President-International Stephen D. Lerner of Squire Patton Boggs US LLP (Cincinnati), Katherine R. Catanese of Foley & Lardner LLP (New York) and Sonia Colón of Ferraiuoli, LLC (Orlando, Fla.)
