New Iron Grip MAX™ Dumbbells

Available in heavier sizes from 100 to 200 pounds, the MAX™ dumbbell has a wider 10-inch diameter head, resulting in a more compact form in ultra-heavy sizes. A wider diameter head (versus a longer head) centers the dumbbell mass around the handle to improve balance at higher weights. The innovative compact design allows for a greater range of motion (for example in pressing movements) and a more comfortable lifting experience overall.
