HUD Posts New Multifamily Housing Forms

HUD's Office of Multifamily Housing Programs has completed the update of a series formsrequired for Multifamily Section 8 Programs. Updated forms needed to implement the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA) are still forthcoming from HUD.

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has completed the update of a series formsrequired for Multifamily Section 8 Programs. The documents in this package have been cleared and are ready for use and can be accessed through this HUDCLIPS link.

The updated forms include new HAP contract forms. However, updated forms needed to implement the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA) are still forthcoming from HUD.
