From 11:00 am to 2:00 pm today, the Chemung County Office of Emergency Management will hold an ice distribution event at Ice Company of Elmira, 401 Madison Ave, Elmira, NY 14901. Residents without power will be allowed to have 2 - 7 lbs. bags.

Additionally, The County of Chemung is coordinating with NYSEG to distribute dry ice and additional water. Details to follow.
