Tropical Storm Watch Issued for Fort Myers Beach

A Tropical Storm Watch has been issued for Fort Myers Beach. The National Weather Service is anticipating that we will receive tropical force winds and a storm surge in our area from one to three feet. The Town is recommending that all trailers and equipment on the Island be moved by tomorrow morning, Wednesday, September 25. The Town is also asking that all building materials be secured onsite.
