Conditional Use Application - 83 Chestnut Road

The Township is aware of a post made on Next Door regarding the Conditional Use Application in front of the Board of Supervisors tonight (Monday, August 19th). The Township is not aware of any information contained in that post that would lead us to believe it is factual. A description of the application is below:

Conditional use hearing to consider the conditional use application of 83 Chestnut Rd LLC. The property is located at 83 Chestnut Road, Paoli, UPI No. 43-9R-57.2. The parcel is approximately 0.4561 acres in area and is located in the Town Center Zoning District of the Township. The Applicant is the owner of the parcel. The Applicant seeks conditional use approval pursuant to §208-117 (Conditional uses) and §§208-71.B, 208-71.D(1) (Zoning bonuses) of the Tredyffrin Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the conversion of the existing office building into a multifamily dwelling, and any other such relief deemed necessary by the Board of Supervisors.
