Scituate Barracks

On Sunday, August 4, 2024 at 12:50 PM, Troopers arrested Michelle Patten, age 55 of 48 Bellwood Circle, Bellingham, MA for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs- BAC Unknown - First Offense. 2.) Refusal to submit to a chemical test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Social Street in the City of Woonsocket. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed then held overnight pending arraignment at the Sixth Division District Court.
