Vertiv Opens New Factory-Direct Office to Serve Customers in Carolinas

COLUMBUS, Ohio [October 17, 2024] - Vertiv, a global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, has opened a new factory-direct office that will provide service and support for customers in select areas of North and South Carolina.

The new factory-direct office will support northwestern, southern and eastern areas of South Carolina, and eastern North Carolina, with the balance of the region supported by longtime Vertiv representative office, JG Blackmon & Associates. The new office employs experienced and knowledgeable staff equipped to provide clients with support, from strategy to equipment selection, to deployment and service.

The Vertiv Carolinas office will offer all of Vertiv's portfolio of critical digital infrastructure solutions, including power management and distribution, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, DC power, thermal management, racks and containment, integrated solutions, IT management and monitoring solutions, and more. Additional support includes thermal management services, power services, electrical maintenance testing and engineering services, professional assessment services, and performance optimization services.

Vertiv also has manufacturing operations in South Carolina, with a switchgear and busbar facility in Anderson, and a recently opened infrastructure solutions facility in Pelzer.
