CHIPS Spring and Summer Event Request Deadline is TODAY

The deadline for Spring and Summer 2025 (January-July) CHIPS event requests is the end of business on Monday, September 16^th. All scheduling requests for the Spring and Summer terms received by September 16^th will be considered together and any conflicts will be resolved in accordance with the scheduling policy. Requests will continue to be accepted after September 16^th and considered on a first come, first served basis.

CHIPS scheduling requests should be submitted using the online form. By early to mid-October, you will receive either an email confirmation or an email requesting further discussion to resolve scheduling conflicts to accommodate your request.
