NATCHITOCHES - Northwestern State University's Office of Economic Development and University Advancement will host a highlyanticipated Lunch and Learn to help business leaders learn how AI is reshaping industries, creating new possibilities and ushering in an era of innovation and transformation.
The event will be from noon-1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10 in the Listach Conference Room at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center. Complimentary lunch will be served. Seating is limited to 35 guests.
NSU alum Monty Chicola, president and founder of Real Vision Software, Inc., an IBM Business Partner Company, will lead the presentation, "The AI Race Has Begun: Navigating the World of Artificial Intelligence," and discuss how AI can make businesses run faster, smarter and more quickly.
For over 30 years, Real Vision Software has developed Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions that enable businesses to digitize and organize documents for later retrieval. Chicola has worked as a developer with IBM in Rochester, on projects such as Imaging, Optical, Monitors and now Artificial Intelligence. As a project designer within the walls of IBM's Artificial Intelligence, he is helping design how businesses will interact with AI. Participants are invited to see where the future design is going and not get left behind.
Check-in will be from 11:30 a.m.-noon. Attendees are asked to park either in the Dixie Plaza Shopping Center parking lot or the parking lot off Bienville Circle to ensure the Keyser Street lot is available for patients.
