Clarence Taft Jr. applied for the variance because Article 100-9.4 of the Zoning Code states that all residential structures on parcels zoned Agricultural/Rural Estate (AG/RE) must be constructed with a 105' setback from the right of way but the proposed development does not meet this requirement. The variance would allow him to construct a porch on his existing structure at 8322 Co Rd C, Delta, Ohio 43515 (PPN 29-057100-01.000).
