Mindfulness Mondays: Zoom Meditation

Monday, November 18 from 12 a.m.-1 p.m.

The Student Health Center invites you for a zoom meditation on "Let's Get Emotional." With end of year celebrations just around the corner, emotions can get overwhelming. Join us to learn how to curve overwhelming feelings and thoughts, through cognitive meditation, that helps enhance awareness and increase self-love.

ASU Holodomor Remembrance Day

Monday, November 18 from 1-2:30 p.m.

Join us to honor the millions of Ukrainians who perished during the Holodomor, the man-made famine of 1932-1933. This event will feature a guest speaker, and a moment of silence to remember the victims and raise awareness of this tragic chapter in history. All are welcome to attend.

Stop by the ARC Computer Commons in LARC 234, 2nd floor of the Library. We have computers, B&W and color printing and copying, a high-resolution scanner, two study rooms, and dedicated staff to assist you. Open: Monday-Thursday 7am-7:15pm, and Friday 7am-4pm. Find answers to your general questions and enrollment help at the Welcome Center. It's open Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m. & Friday, 8 a.m.-1 p.m. (except on holidays).

Thanksgiving - Holiday

November 28-December 1

Campus is closed November 28-December 1 to observe the Thanksgiving holiday. Classes will resume and college services will reopen on Monday, December 2.
