NEW ROCHELLE, NEW YORK - July 24, 2024 - RXR, the master developer behind the transformative redevelopment of Downtown New Rochelle, today celebrated the grand opening of Two Clinton Park, its newest and most luxurious residential tower featuring 390 state-of-the-art apartments and extensive amenities.
