Deputy Minister Mościcka-Dendys attends Advisory Legal Committee

Today's Committee session focused on selected topics raised in this year's report adopted by the International Law Commission.
The participants discussed in particular: state representatives' immunity from criminal jurisdiction, sea level rise, ancillary measures for determining international law rules, as well as non-legally binding international agreements.
Secondly, the Committee members debated the application of the Polish International Agreements Act.
