Retail Vacant Storefronts

The Economic Development Division of the Community Development Department maintains a listing of Cambridge's ground floor vacant storefronts. This listing is not intended as a comprehensive source for ground floor vacancies in Cambridge. The data is sourced from Costar (an online real estate database), Cambridge Assessing Property Database, and staff commercial district inventory collection.

The Retail Vacant Storefronts Dashboard shows spaces that are vacant and spaces that are under lease but are under construction. Not all spaces are completely vacant. This map includes only those spaces that have come to the attention of the Community Development Department; others may exist elsewhere in the city.
