Get Prepared With the City of Alexandria

Is your family prepared for an emergency?

September is National Preparedness Month, and the City of Alexandria is hosting an Emergency Preparedness Fair to help make sure the community is ready for any situation that comes our way.

The Emergency Preparedness Fair is free and open to the public. Come to Market Square (301 King St.) on Friday, September 20, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to receive information on preparing for emergencies from City staff and community partners including:

  • Office of Emergency Management
  • Alexandria Health Department
  • Alexandria Fire Department
