Leaders and faculty from the School of the Arts' Games, Interactive Media and Mobile Technology program were honored as the Oct. 5 game's "Blue Turf Thinkers," an ongoing series highlighting innovative, trailblazing academic programs at home football games.

Students in this program work on exciting projects in virtual reality, artificial intelligence and game design. Recent graduates have gone on to top jobs at companies like Microsoft, Amazon and Rockstar Games.

The program was represented by Amanda Ashley, Amod Damle, Anthony Ellerston, Karen Doty and Jack Polifka, all faculty from the School of the Arts.
