The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Spire Storage West LLC (F023763, P0038945):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(g) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Spire Storage West LLC for a Chapter 6, Section 2 permit to operate two (2) 1,017-gallon ethylene glycol tanks (TNK001-TNK002), one (1) 1,232-gallon compressor oil tank (TNK003), one (1) 550-gallon used compressor oil tank (TNK005) and one (1) 3,780-gallon condensate tank (TNK007). The Canyon Creek Plant is located in the NW¼ SW¼ of Section 16, T17N, R119W, approximately thirteen (13) miles north-northeast of Evanston in Uinta County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F023763 and permit number P0038945 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Uinta County Library, Evanston, Wyoming. The public notice period will end on Friday, December 6, 2024.
