Benefits Fair: Thursday, Oct. 17, 2024, plus Open Enrollment details

The Benefits Fair is just around the corner! We will host this in-person event Thurs., Oct. 17, 2024, in the Magnolia Ballroom/Student Activities Center from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Many of our benefit and retirement vendors will be present and committed to speaking directly to you on this day. They will bring materials specific to their area of expertise, and they may even have some goodies for you to leave with, so please come prepared with your questions.

The USG Benefits website has been updated to include a section on Open Enrollment (Oct. 28 - Nov. 8, 2024) for plan year 2025, including the new Comparison Guide with details on premiums, new features available through existing vendors and new offerings. We encourage you to check out the USG Benefits website for all things related to this season's Open Enrollment.

Given that there are changes this year, the Office of Human Resources' Benefits Team will hold virtual information sessions to go over the changes and new offerings for plan year 2025. If you're interested in attending, please register by completing this SmartForm so we can send you a Teams Meeting invitation. These sessions will be held the following dates and times:

• Mon., Oct. 14 from 1:30-2:30 p.m.
• Wed., Oct. 16 from 10-11 a.m.
• Tues., Oct. 22nd from 12-1 p.m.
