Lam Research’s Equipment Intelligence Wins Innovative Product of the Year

Driving the news: Lam's Equipment Intelligence® was recognized as the 2024 Innovative Product of the Year in the AI/Machine Learning category at the Sensors Awards on June 25 in Santa Clara, California.

• The solution features the Equipment Intelligence Data Analyzer (EI-DA), a proprietary tool that creates and deploys predictive control charts, classification models and virtual metrology-based regression models to monitor, forecast and optimize production processes.
