Shareholders in Bergen Carbon Solutions AS are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday 21 April 2022 at 12:00 (CET) virtually.
The Annual General Meeting will be held as a digital meeting only, with no physical attendance for shareholders.
The deadline for submitting proxy form votes is 20. April at 16:00 CET. Please find enclosed the complete notice including proxy forms (in English and in Norwegian).
