/KASE, June 21, 2024/ - Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders held on June 20, 2024. The shareholders, among other things, decided to pay starting from June 20, 2024 the dividends on common and preferred shares of the bank for 2023 in the amount of 1,800 tenge per share.
