Update From Commissioners

To clarify any confusion regarding "The status of the CR 609 Spur (South Avenue) Culvert Bridgeton NJ, Cumberland County"

The County and its consultant are awaiting the receipt of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) permit allowing the construction (all other permits have been received). Once received the consultant will complete final plans and specifications for project bidding for review by NJDOT (necessary since the county is using NJDOT funds) and once approved by them the project will be advertised by the county for construction bids.

Latest Update: As of September 10, 2024, the USACE was awaiting the final MOA from the consultant. The Consultant just provided that to them today. The USACE is currently reviewing the MOA.
