SFY 2025 Intended Use Plans 2nd Quarter Updates Approved

The Iowa Environmental Protection Commission (EPC) approved the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Intended Use Plans (IUP) second quarter updates for state fiscal year (SFY) 2025 (July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025). The Commission took the action on September 17, 2024 during their meeting.

The SFY 2025 DWSRF IUP contains planned uses of the DWSRF Base Program and also includes planned uses for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) General Supplemental (GS), PFAS/Emerging Contaminants (EC), and Lead Service Line (LSL) Replacement Funds. The SFY 2025 CWSRF IUP contains planned uses of the CWSRF Base Program and also includes planned uses for the BIL PFAS/EC Fund.

Attachment 1 to the CWSRF IUP and DWSRF IUP serves as the project priority list (PPL) for the SRF Base Program Funds and the BIL GS, PFAS/EC, and LSL Replacement Funds.
