FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - A special meeting of the Fayetteville City Council will take place at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12. The special meeting will be immediately followed by the Council's regularly scheduled Agenda Session.
Mayor Lioneld Jordan has called the special meeting to accommodate an unusually large number of items on the agenda for the Council meeting set for Thursday, Nov. 7.
Council will address walk-on, consent, old business and a limited number of new business items on Nov. 7 and then will recess to Nov. 12, when they will address the remaining items of new business.
New business items scheduled for the Nov. 7 meeting will include several items moved from the consent agenda along with an appeal of a large-scale development southeast of S. Nelson Hackett Boulevard and E. South Street - Urban Lofts at Nelson Hackett.
All other new business items will be heard at the Nov. 12 meeting.
An agenda document showing the revised order of business items will be published to the City's website and available to the public by Friday, Nov. 1, at the this link: https://fayettevillear.portal.civicclerk.com.
