Employment Law: Know Your Rights

Join the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles to learn about employees' rights, including rights related to a minimum wage, overtime, breaks, sick pay, timely payment of wages, and leaves of absence. The session will also cover discrimination and harassment, as well as human trafficking in the workplace and what immigration relief may be available to trafficking survivors.

This program will be presented in English and Mandarin.
