Local financial advice firm Amber River True Bearing are celebrating a milestone business birthday! It's been 21 years since the firm was set up by Executive Chairman, George Critchley with a small group of founding IFA's.

Since then, the business has become a familiar one in the Euxton and Chorley area, attracting over 7000 clients and delivering high-quality financial advice. Currently located at Chorley Business & Technology Centre on Euxton Lane, the firm also supports employers and employees throughout the North West and beyond with its programme of Pre Retirement and Financial Wellbeing courses. Originally known as True Bearing, the company joined the Amber River group in 2021 and rebranded to Amber River True Bearing in 2023.

On the milestone birthday, Chief Executive Officer Susan Peary said

"The last 21 years have been an incredible journey for the business, going from one office with seven founding employees to three offices with 78 employees, including 28 IFA's. The firm continues to go from strength to strength and our success is down to our wonderful clients and our talented, hard-working colleagues."

The team marked the occasion on Friday 12th July with a branded cake from local supplier Eat My Logo.
