IMPORTANT NOTICE! Phishing messages with fake e-mail address of the Bank

We note an increase in fraudulent emails that falsely claim to be from Zagrebačka banka, intending to deceive our clients.

These are phishing messages in which the sender tries to convince you to click on a malicious link or open a malicious attachment attached to the e-mail message. In this way, the sender attempts to obtain your data and/or infect the computer with malicious software.

If your system is set up to authenticate emails, these phishing emails will be automatically detected and rejected.

We alert you not to share personal and card data, activation keys, token numbers, and their codes through links received in e-mail, SMS, and other ways. Zagrebačka banka never asks clients for card numbers and PINs or other confidential information.
